CAPA represents thousands of individual members and members of photography clubs from across Canada, the USA, as well as several foreign countries. As an organization, we are dedicated to promoting good photography as an art form, and to providing useful information for photographers, through individual interactions with photographers and photography clubs, running competitions, evaluating images, and producing the quarterly Canadian Camera magazine. We provide education and instruction by way of workshops, seminars, the CAPA Judging Course and the biennial Canadian Camera Conference, which will next be held in Ottawa, June 28-30, 2017.
