Please select that you are “renewing” your membership and enter your CAPA membership number, and enter your “first” and “last” name exactly as shown on your renewal notice. If you do not have your membership number, please contact the CAPA Membership Chair at membership@capacanada.ca or at (250)523-2378, and we will provide you with your membership number.

If you are not a CAPA member, please choose NEW and a new membership number will be assigned to you..

All the old CAPA membership numbers have been converted to the new online system membership numbers.

If you prefer not to use the online system, you may also complete and print one of the forms below and mail with your payment to:
